 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly dislike anything having to do with dealing with heavy paperwork transactions such as buying a car or when I bought my house the first time.
I can say without a doubt this was the best transaction for my refinance as it was quick, easy, and I barely had to even think twice about it as Tim and his daughter handled everything. Tim is very personable and highly motivational. Tim helped me and my husband through every step and was available whenever I needed clarification. From the jump, it was evident Tim made us a priority. As first time home buyers my wife and I were not sure how to navigate much of the home buying process, but without hesitation Tim was there to walk us through every step. Local is what most banks are going to be looking for and made it a lot easier so secure a house. Both of them put in good work to help guide through the process. I feel like text communication could have been better as there were some confusing stuff to me. But they have been a good help even with refinancing!

Tim is a great lender to have. He has lots of knowledge. Tim was very helpful in explaining all the steps in purchasing a home and the lending process. I 100% recommend Tim if anyone is looking for a home mortgage. He was always fast to respond to all my questions.

Tim and Amber from were great. Everything was done faster than I could have imagined leaving plenty of opportunities to talk fishing. Instructions were clear and concise, allowing me to remit paperwork (digitally) ASAP to keep the process rolling along. Communication was readily available even with the one very minor issue dealing with previous VA lending number under wife's name. Cleared the issue with one explanatory email and Amber took it from there. Awesome. Don't see a use again for myself anytime soon but, anyone looking to Refi or Buy, especially VA, Tim and Amber are the ones you want to deal with. Oh yes, I live in Anacortes, WA which is a 3-hr drive from Lacey. Never left my home to accomplish anything except closing docs signing at a local (to me) title company. Thx again. Fish on Tim!!!!

I couldn't be more happy with my new home purchase, and Tim was essential in making that happen. He was able to get me the lowest rate with minimal fees. This helped me get into the house of my dreams with a low monthly payment and closing costs to boot! Tim will work hard to earn your business and is well-informed on the VA home loan. Additionally, I was also able to close sooner than anticipated (21 days). Tim was recommended as the best lender, and I assumed this is what every agent says when they have a preferred lender. There was no part of the process that he did not have complete control over. His ability to explain the entire finance process to a first timer while at the same time being an expert and working in our best interest was impressive. Our loan closed later than we wanted due to unforeseen delays by the builder but his ability to react and adapt to keep our financing in place was amazing. When I described my experience with Tim to friends it became apparent that his communication skills and professionalism were not common. I believe his reputation as the best is well deserved and would recommend him to anyone.
